IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR UNDERSTANDING THE INFO BELOW. 

Article 1: General 

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Apex Defense Unlimited, L.L.C. 

Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. 

Article 2: Placing Order 

By placing an Order for Products through Apex Defense Unlimited, L.L.C., you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. 

Article 3: Price 

The prices are indicated in dollars. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order. 

Article 4: Your information 

If You wish to place an Order for Products available from Apex Defense Unlimited, L.L.C, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. 

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or any other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. 

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your order. 

Article 5: Payment 

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, this includes pre-order products. 

Payment can be made through any of the payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example). 

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. 

Article 6: Delivery 

Delivery is made to the address you specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter nd especially the postal code). 

The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary so that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your warranty. 

Article 7: Lead Times

Quick Production Items:1-2 Weeks Ship Time 

Current Custom Estimated Build Time: Due to current order volume our custom estimated lead time is 3-4 weeks; for certain custom orders, this may be extended. This timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee. If you have any questions, please email us at sales@apexdefenseunlimited.com before ordering.  

***All lead times are variable and subject to change. *** 

 If you configured an item, set options on the item to your preference and placed an order, your item is considered a "custom item."  If you bought an item which was listed in the quick ship section and you chose no options, your item will ship quickly as it is already built. 

If you have any issues with your order as placed, contact us immediately.  All orders cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation/restocking fee to recoup money spent on parts, materials, molds, etc for your custom build.  ***YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING SPECIFICALLY WHICH GUN YOU HAVE.  IF YOU FAIL TO MENTION THAT YOU HAVE AN AFTERMARKET OPTION OR EQUIPMENT ON YOUR GUN, OR A VARIANT MODEL, OR A MODEL WITH A DIFFERENT MODEL NAME DESIGNATION THAN WE LIST SPECIFICALLY ON OUR SITE, THIS MAY AFFECT FITMENT AND WOULD NOT BE COVERED ON OUR END.*** 

Article 8: Warranty Information 

All our Apex Defense Unlimited Kydex products are covered with our Limited Lifetime Warranty.  We agree to fix or replace any product purchased from us in case of product failure.  This is limited to materials and craftsmanship only.  We cannot honor warranty claims due to user negligence. Negligence includes lost or missing hardware, reheating of Kydex whether unintentional or not (keep in mind the heat of your vehicle exposed to sun in the summer is not the best home for your rig), or any other intentional modifications of your rig. 

If you have a warranty claim, please use the Contact Us form to submit your claim. 

Regarding hardware, Apex Defense Unlimited recommends that you check all attachment hardware (screws, posts, etc) for tightness before each use.  Additionally, we recommend the use of a thread locking product (loctite or the like) to help hold the screws in place after you have set them to your preference. 

Article 9: Return Policy 

Apex Defense Unlimited works diligently to put out the best product possible to suit your needs.  If you have questions, please email us prior to ordering using the Contact Us form on the website.  We will do our best to help you make the right decision.  We furnish quite a lot of information about each style of holster, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need additional information before ordering. 

In the event that your holster does not work for you, we do offer a 30 day exchange for store credit. 30 days is calculated from date of shipping for your item.  To complete a return or exchange, contact us by email at Support@ApexDefenseUnliminted.com or by completing the contact us form on the homepage.  Let us know what you are experiencing along with your order number.  We will provide you with the information about how to return the item.  When the item is received, we will inspect it to verify it is in the condition which it was sent to you. When this process is completed, store credit will be issued on your account in the amount paid, less a restocking fee of 20%. 

If the item has been modified in any way by the end user, the item may not be eligible for return or exchange. 

Article 10: Refund Policy 

THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS. 

IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR HOLSTER OR OTHER GEAR, WE WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE IT AT OUR DISCRETION. 

IF WE CANNOT AGREE ON A SOLUTION TO AN ISSUE, STORE CREDIT OR A GIFT CERTIFICATE WILL BE ISSUED IN THE AMOUNT PAID. 

IF YOU CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER 24 HOURS HAS PASSED, YOU WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT ON YOUR ACCOUNT OR A GIFT CERTIFICATE. 

IF THE ITEM ORDERED IS A CUSTOM ITEM, THE AMOUNT RECEIVED WILL BE LESS UP TO 40% TO RECOUP MONEY SPENT ON CUSTOM PARTS AND MATERIALS PURCHASED TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER. 

Orders canceled within 24 hours will not be subject to a cancellation fee. 

Article 11: Changes to these Terms and Conditions 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.  

If you do not cancel your order within 24 hours, you are agreeing once again to our terms and conditions for placing an order with our shop.
